WYETH MEDICA/PFIZER

This project consisted of the being employed as Project Architects for the design and construction stages for providing the new packaging offices, meeting rooms and storage along with the refurbishment of the existing reception area for the Wyeth Medica Ireland (now Pfizer). pharmaceutical plant in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.




TAKEDA RESTAURANT

This project was a response to provide a Restaurant/ Canteen facility for a Pharmaceutical facility of over 400 people. Part of the brief was to develop a high quality, visually appealing and environmentally responsible building. The Restaurant was required to be sensitively connected to the existing Pharmaceutical facility, which would benefit the users and provide an example of well considered building element set within a predominantly industrial landscape in an IDA Business Park in Bray, Co.Wicklow.




MICHAEL MURPHY & Co. LTD.

We were involved as Project Architects for the construction phase of this project for the provision of a new two storey stone clad shopfront and entrance with structural glazing at Michael Murphy’s EZ Living Furniture Store in Newbridge, Co. Kildare adjacent to the Whitewater Shopping Centre.







TAKEDA SECURITY & PARKING

The requirement for this project was to upgrade security & control within the overall facility in line with industry standard for similar pharmaceutical plants and to provide this as part of a car-park expansion of approximately 400 new parking spaces. The completed works involved various new defined secure routes, an advanced control and monitoring centre together with significant new parking facilities in an IDA Business Park in Bray, Co.Wicklow.

McCARTHY’S DIY

This project consisted of the tender, construction and fit out phases of a new DIY Store and Garden Centre in Prosperous, Co. Kildare providing 62,800sq.ft of retail space, offices, staff facilities and stores over two floors with 130 car parking spaces and extensive siteworks on a greenfield site.









KELLY’S OPTICIANS

This project consisted of the design, planning and construction of a replacement traditional timber shopfront to Kelly’s Opticians in Newbridge.






COOPER’S RESTAURANT

This project consisted of the construction phase of the refurbishment and extension to Cooper’s Restaurant,

Leeson Street, Dublin 2.
